1. Your access to and use of this site, http://www.touchalife.in is subject to the following terms and conditions and all laws applicable in India. By accessing and browsing this Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, that these Terms and Conditions shall be applicable to you and that you shall be bound by them.

All content on this Site (including graphics, text, icons, interfaces, audio/video clips, logos, images and software) and arrangement and compilation ( including the collection, arrangement and assembly) of all content is the property of Touch a Life and/or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
3. Resources available on this Site may be used for the purposes of making enquiries or making a donation. You may create a bookmark in your browser to the home page of the Site. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance, of the content on this Site can only be made with the prior express permission of TOUCH A LIFE.

While TOUCH A LIFE exercises due diligence in checking the accuracy and authenticity of the information on the Site, TOUCH A LIFE makes no warranties or representations (express or implied) with respect to the content of the Site, which is provided "as is" or "as available". c. we believe that your actions may cause legal liability for other users or TOUCH A LIFE

TOUCH A LIFE will not be responsible or liable to any user of the Site for any direct, compensatory, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, and exemplary losses caused to the user by use of the Site for any reason including use of content, errors, inaccuracies, omissions, defects, untimeliness, security breaches or any other causes.
26. Touch a Life is Registered under the Mumbai Public Trust Act 1950 with The deputy Charity Commissioner, Mumbai (India) vide Registration No. E- 25591 (Mumbai) on 26-03-2009. P.A.No.AABCH9991D under the Income Tax Act 1961. The Trust is registered U/s 12A of the Income Tax 1961 with the Director of the Income Tax (Exemption) Mumbai vide Registration NO. DIT (E)/ 42111/30-03-2009. Donations to the Trust are exempted under India Income Tax Act, 1961, u/s 80 G (under process).
27. TOUCH A LIFE may at any time and without prior notice revise these Terms of Use by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current Terms of Use to which you are bound.
28. Touch a Life is also registered Under Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 1976, Section 6(1) (a) vide registration Number II/21022/94(0036-01)/2008-FCRA-III, with The Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India.
29. Cancellation and Refund policy - All transactions made are neither refundable nor transferrable.
